Caught on tape was one little 4-year old girl walking in the streets with her mother who suddenly got attacked and mauled by a dog. The dog, as seen in the footage, is seen attempting hard to snatch the girl away from her mother who is trying her best to keep it off her baby. Other people soon arrive the scene to help the victims out. Witnesses say the dog made sure to have injured the girls leg severely with wounds in her arm as well.
